Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) PACU
Location: West Hollywood CA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Mid Shift (3x12 Hours 2:00 PM 2:30 AM)
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled PACU Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-volume Level I trauma facility. The ideal candidate will have strong post-anesthesia care experience the ability to manage complex cases and comfort working across multiple surgical specialties.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from a wide range of surgical procedures
- Monitor patient vitals and manage airway pain and sedation recovery
- Administer medications and IV therapies as required
- Perform conscious sedation monitoring and IV starts
- Collaborate with surgical teams anesthesiologists and interdisciplinary staff
- Float across PACU and pre-op areas as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems

- Minimum 2 years of PACU experience
- Experience in a Level I Trauma facility

- Conscious sedation
- IV starts
- Pulmonary artery lines
- Telemetry & ventilator management
