Senior Living Sales Manager

Brookdale West Melbourne is seeking a driven Sales Manager to drive community occupancy by guiding seniors and families through the senior living sales journey. This role involves managing the full sales cycle conducting community outreach and developing marketing strategies to meet revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Results: Meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals through proactive sales strategies.
• Guide Families: Serve as the primary contact for prospective residents and families navigating them from initial interest to move-in.
• Build Partnerships: Develop local referral leads by networking with medical financial and legal professionals.
• Execute Marketing: Implement strategic sales and marketing plans in collaboration with community leadership.
• Manage CRM: Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activity.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience.
• Senior living or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM/technology systems.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicants skills and experience. Role is also eligible for monthly and quarterly commission opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the companys 401(k) program.
