Store Manager (Optom)

About the role

As an Optometrist Store Manager with us youll be providing excellent customer and patient care as well as leading and inspiring your store team. Youll create a culture where everyone is passionate about doing the right thing.

• Using your passion for delivering patient care youll work with colleagues to deliver a positive customer journey.
• Drive local plans for enhanced services and delivering towards P&L objectives
• Bringing your personality into the day to day running of the practice working with and developing your team to provide the best service to patients
• Building longstanding relationships not only with colleagues and customers but with healthcare professionals in the local community.

What youll need to have

• Fully qualified GOC registered Optometrist
• Additional registration with the relevant NHS body
• Passion for patient care
• Leadership experience

Join Boots Opticians in Bolton as an Optometrist Store Manager at the Linkway practice working within a newly refitted store and supported by a strong team with a great mix of skills and experience. This is a varied role combining clinical and leadership responsibilities in a modern retail environment offering the opportunity to drive performance while maintaining high standards of patient care.

The role involves working across 7 days with flexibility to be discussed and offers access to ongoing professional qualification opportunities.
