We are currently seeking a Therapist to join our team at our Behavioral Health Office located in Jay County Indiana.
About the Role as a Therapist:
As a Therapist youll play a vital role for the provision of clinical services to individuals in their respective areas primarily children adults and/or families with mental health issues and/or dual diagnosis or individuals with substance use/dependence issues in both the outpatient and residential setting.
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm. Some travel up to 30% may be necessary between the office and school-based clinics.
Therapist Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments mental status exams and diagnoses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients
- Provide individual family couples and group counseling services
- Deliver therapeutic services aligned with treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams courts schools and community agencies to coordinate care
- Communicate effectively with patients staff and external partners both verbally and in writing
- Maintain accurate timely and compliant clinical and administrative documentation
- Adhere to organizational policies ethical standards and state and federal regulations
What Were Looking For:
Were seeking compassionate motivated individuals who are passionate about whole-person care and thrive in a collaborative team-based environment. Experience in behavioral health or social services is a plus.
- Masters Degree in Social Work Psychology Mental Health Counseling or Marital & Family Therapy or related Behavioral Science field of study required
- Current non-probationary temporary license from state of Indiana in one of the following: LSW LMHC-A LMFT-A LCAC-A required at minimum
- Valid drivers license a driving record meeting Meridians driving policy reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance required.
