As a Security Officer Full Time Patrolin Litchfield Park AZ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a dynamic tech location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents and deliver outstanding customer service. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols appropriate to a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings parking areas and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions and support access control expectations.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials and/or visitor information as directed by site procedures and document security-related events observations and/or incidents.
• Support emergency response activities including following post orders relaying information to appropriate personnel and helping to maintain orderly operations during changing conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• A state county and/or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
