Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Manager: Programme Governance & Reporting where a top-tier client is seeking a strategic leader to drive governance excellence across AI-driven initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring transparency compliance and performance optimisation while aligning AI programmes with overarching business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and establish robust governance frameworks standards and reporting processes across all AI programmes
- Ensure AI projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget through effective oversight
- Manage risk compliance and regulatory adherence including data privacy and telecom industry standards
- Act as the primary governance advisor engaging senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
- Monitor AI programme performance providing actionable insights through dashboards and reporting
- Drive ethical AI practices by enforcing policies around fairness transparency accountability and privacy
- Collaborate with legal regulatory and ethics stakeholders to manage AI-related risks audits and compliance checks
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive adoption of best practices and innovative technologies
- Facilitate training and awareness initiatives to embed a culture of responsible AI and governance excellence
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field
- Relevant AI or engineering certifications (advantageous)
- 8 years experience in programme or project governance and reporting within AI telecom or technology environments
- Proven experience in implementing and managing AI governance frameworks
- Strong understanding of AI principles regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of cloud environments security architecture data privacy and agile methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex programmes in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical reporting and stakeholder management skills
