Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator - Gloucester - up to 35k package
A great opportunity to join this leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand in Gloucester. Due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator with a minimum of 3 years experience.
Main Duties:
- Arranging and carrying property viewings
- Negotiating sales
- Carrying out valuations if required
- Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property
- Carrying out Sales Progression when required
Experience Required:
- Recent experience working as an Estate Agent is ESSENTIAL
- A passion for providing great customer service
- Well presented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving license and car
