Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator - Gloucester - up to 35k package

A great opportunity to join this leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand in Gloucester. Due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator with a minimum of 3 years experience.

Main Duties:

Arranging and carrying property viewings
Negotiating sales
Carrying out valuations if required
Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property
Carrying out Sales Progression when required

Experience Required:

Recent experience working as an Estate Agent is ESSENTIAL
A passion for providing great customer service
Well presented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Full UK driving license and car
