Core Functions

• Operate sewing and production machines to meet quality and productivity goals
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Conduct pre-operation checks and make basic machine adjustments as needed
• Identify and report defects equipment issues or tooling needs promptly
• Maintain accurate production and material usage records
• Adhere to safety procedures quality standards and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain a clean organized work area in accordance with 5S standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Assist with additional tasks as needed to support continuous production

Qualifications and Requirements
High school diploma GED or equivalent experience is required
Prior experience operating manufacturing packaging and process control equipment preferred

Physical Requirements
This position is subject to Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
