Roles and Responsibilities:

• Works with various mechanical and electrical tooling.
• Assists in taking and recording various needed measurements of generator stator or field.
• Works under the direction of the Winder work-leader and other experienced co-workers.
• Complete daily point of work risk assessments and Safety Observations.
• Maintain a safe working environment to include good housekeeping practices of assigned work area and comply with all applicable environmental health and safety policies.
• Perform other duties as requested by working Leaders as well as all reasonable requests from the engineer responsible (Generator Specialist).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in mechanical electrical mechatronics manufacturing industrial or related Engineering or industrial/technical disciplines.
• Legal right to work in México. We will not sponsor individuals for legal permits or visas.
• English language reading listening and written skills capable to attend specific classroom and on-the job-training in USA.
• Basic computer skills (Office Apps & email)
