The Role:

Lead and execute the organisations financial strategy aligned with long-term growth objectives
Provide strategic financial insight to the CEO and Board influencing key decisions
Oversee budgeting forecasting and financial performance across all departments
Ensure robust financial governance compliance and risk management frameworks
Support major capital investment projects including financial modelling and business cases
Drive commercial performance through pricing strategies and operational efficiencies
Lead financial system improvements and digital transformation initiatives
Manage key stakeholder relationships including insurers auditors and regulatory bodies
Build lead and develop a high-performing finance team

The Person:

Qualified Accountant with 10 years senior finance leadership experience
Proven experience operating at Executive or Board level
Strong background in complex multi-stakeholder or regulated environments
Demonstrated experience leading transformation growth or capital investment programmes
Commercially astute with strong financial governance and strategic planning expertise
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
