Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Foster an environment that embodies Ballys Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled entertaining atmosphere
Enthusiastically promote Ballys customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
Oversee the physical security of the casino and company assets
Responsible for the physical safety of guests employees and company assets
Initiate and prepare Security Incident Reports
Escort chips cash and table game drops per company procedures and regulatory requirements
Report any criminal or suspicious activity without hesitation
Ensure the department adheres to all regulatory departmental and Company policies and procedures
Communicate any violations of Company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements
Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program
Safeguard the overall integrity of gaming
Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation:

Target salary: $22.50/hr

Additional Benefits:

$7 Daily Employee Parking Garage

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

Frequently required to walk run kneel stretch push twist bend and lift.
Requires visual acuity to perform close-up activities and peripheral oversight
Requires manual dexterity to conduct repairs on slot machines
The work environment contains bright lights loud noise and stressful situations.
