The Role:
The purpose of the Facilities Manager is to monitor all activities within the Facilities department inclusive of all shifts. Main functions of this job include overseeing/managing staff maintaining records performing inspections and general assurance that the finalities systems are functioning as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures daily compliance with all government and regulatory requirements as well as DraftKings at Casino Queen polices and procedures.
- Direct supervision for all Facility department personnel and outside contractors.
- Inspections of the facility and grounds and the creation of work orders to correct any items requiring repairs and/or maintenance
- Work with department engineers on troubleshooting equipment issues and preventative maintenance by having working knowledge of HVAC electrical and plumbing.
- Maintaining Facility department records
- Assist engineers and department as needed.
- Assist the Director of Facilities with project development and management.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written.
- Ability to extended hours weekends and holidays
- Must have the ability to work well with guests and co-workers.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems plumbing and basic electric knowledge is required.
- Previous supervisory experience is required
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Target Salary Range: $75000
