- Prepare and shape pizza dough with precision ensuring consistency in quality and portion sizes while maintaining high standards
- Operate and maintain all kitchen equipment including high-temperature ovens (up to 500 degrees) pizza peels and cutting tools with expertise and safety awareness
- Assemble pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications paying meticulous attention to ingredient placement portion control and presentation
