- Prepare and shape pizza dough with precision ensuring consistency in quality and portion sizes
- Operate and maintain all kitchen equipment including high-temperature ovens (up to 500 degrees) pizza peels and cutting tools with expertise and safety awareness
- Assemble pizzas according to recipes and customer specifications paying meticulous attention to ingredient placement and presentation
- Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection
- Stock and organize ingredients from delivery areas to storage work areas and walk-in coolers maintaining organized and efficient workspace
