Job Description

Our client is a leading ICT distributor and technology provider in South Africa with a massive national footprint. They are currently undergoing a significant digital evolution moving away from off-the-shelf constraints toward high-performance proprietary platforms. This is an opportunity to join an internal innovation hub within a stable market-leading corporate environment.

Success in this role isnt measured by hours logged but by these milestones:

Platform Evolution: Within the first 6 months successfully develop and deploy at least three major feature modules for the internal CRM using React ensuring they are fully integrated with the SQL data layer.
UI/UX Translation: Consistently translate complex business requirements and Figma/UX wireframes into clean performant and responsive React components that maintain a <2% bug rate during QA.
Process Automation: Design and implement at least two workflow automations using tools like N8N or Zapier to bridge gaps between the marketing CMS and the internal ERP.
AI Integration: Successfully adopt and document AI-assisted development workflows (e.g. Claude Code) to accelerate feature delivery by 20% while maintaining strict code quality standards.
