Job Summary
Were looking for an experienced operational professional to support our Branch Network by delivering frontline process training improving compliance reducing shrinkage and solving daytoday operational challenges.
Youll work handson with branches to drive audit performance stock accuracy and smooth monthend processes stepping in where support is needed most. You will be delivering process training to frontline Branch staff whilst supporting the Branch Network in hitting PARC targets on compliance and shrinkage while resolving key Operational issues.
- Deliver operational training to new starters and existing branch teams
- Maintain regional operational training plans
- Complete Operational Health Checks and support audit outcomes
- Support stocktakes variance investigations and stock integrity
- Coach teams on RTS warranty and inventory processes
- Support branches in difficulty and drive consistent process execution
- Act as a subject expert and deliver structured training (inbranch or via Teams)
- Support branch projects including new openings moves and layout changes
About You
Person Specification
- Operational experience in a multisite environment
- Strong knowledge of branch and warehouse processes
- Good understanding of cash and banking controls
- Confident communicator organised and selfmotivated
- ITliterate including Excel
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
Desirable
- Knowledge of AlliCat Autopart and sales processes
