A strategic opportunity is available for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations System Owner to lead a global finance platform. This role sits at the core of finance transformation ensuring system excellence across a complex international landscape.

What will you do
- Own Dynamics 365 F&O across all finance-related processes globally
- Ensure alignment with global chart of accounts reporting structures and financial master data
- Partner with Group Finance to support consolidation and statutory reporting
- Manage system readiness for month-end and continuous close improvements
- Own full SDLC: requirements design development testing release and support
- Deliver ERP roadmap aligned with finance transformation and automation goals
- Collaborate with FP&A Treasury SSCs and finance leadership on enhancements
- Oversee finance processes including GL AP AR Fixed Assets Tax Intercompany and Cash Management
- Support month-end close reconciliations and financial controls
- Ensure compliance with IFRS local GAAP and internal policies
- Maintain audit readiness internal controls and data governance standards
- Lead internal and external technical teams and set development standards
- Oversee integrations with banking reporting and finance systems
- Manage system support incident resolution and release cycles
- Handle vendor and Microsoft partner relationships and performance
Requirements
- Strong finance background within global multi-entity organizations
- Deep understanding of financial processes controls and statutory compliance
- 7 years of experience with Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX
- Experience working with Group Finance SSCs and audit teams
- Proven experience managing SDLC and ERP delivery teams
- Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps CI/CD and environment management
- Experience in vendor and partner management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
- Leadership capabilities across technical and business teams
