WAREHOUSE ACCOUNTANT

Accountable and responsible to maintain all warehouse activities transaction and stocks by organizing recording all movement of goods (received stored discharge) and data reconciliation through system or manual administration process.

As the Warehouse Accountant you will do:

• Warehouse & Space Management:
  • Performs daily goods preparation(receives unload pack load transfer deliver) and inventory tracking to ensure accuracy completeness of the quality / quantity of the stored goods (FG POSM).
  • Maintains physical condition of warehouse (space temperature cleanliness movement); inspecting and using mechanical equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement; Responsible for warehouse clean-up general warehouse facility and tools monitoring.
  • Maintain shelf inventory maintenance and stock rotation including loading goods unloading goods shelf counts and disposal of bad stock products / shell / carton.
  • Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization in the warehouse.
• Transactional Support:
  • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system (physical vs records).
  • Keep stock control systems up to date make sure inventories are accurate and goods distribution to sales are based on standardized documents and forms (Put away order Request Forms).
• Scheduling Management:
  • Completes warehouse operational requirements by assigning work schedules and working sheets for warehouse helper following up on work results.
  • Assisting Warehouse Workers with their tasks when necessary.

Who are we looking for

• • University/Diplomagraduate or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Fresh graduates or 1 year experience in related area with familiarity in warehouse environment.
  • Have good understanding of principles of logistics warehouse & distribution.
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and capable of delivering presentations.
