About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Commerce Lead to accelerate Haleons digital commerce growth in Pakistan by leading the strategy execution and optimization of the e-commerce channel across key platforms (Pure Players Quick Commerce and Omni retailers). The incumbent will act as the primary point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external e-retail partners ensuring seamless activation of campaigns and initiatives that drive commercial impact and digital excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute a channel-specific e-commerce strategy aligned with Haleons Pakistan commercial objectives.
• Lead the Joint Business Planning (JBP) with top digital retailers to define clear growth levers KPIs and investment priorities.
• Identify prioritize and scale digital commerce growth opportunities across existing and emerging platforms.

2. Customer & Retailer Management

• Serve as the key contact for top e-retailers and aggregators building strategic partnerships that unlock mutual value.
• Customize and implement customer activation plans including content promotions search and media.
• Oversee daily management of online assortments availability and execution to ensure best-in-class digital shelf presence.

3. Data & Performance Optimization

• Leverage data analytics and shopper insights to track performance optimize campaigns and drive ROI.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with both internal stakeholders and e-retailers.
• Monitor category trends and competitors activity to identify new opportunities and mitigate risk.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with local & regional brand teams sales shopper marketing and supply chain to ensure consistent execution of the digital commerce agenda.
• Partner with global and regional D-Commerce teams to test learn and scale best practices.
• Support the digital capability building agenda by championing data-driven decision-making and e-commerce acumen within the LOC.

Your profile:

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Economics or related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in eCommerce digital trade or shopper marketing (FMCG preferred)
• Solid experience in e-commerce and digital marketing ideally within FMCG.
• Proven commercial acumen with the ability to manage P&L and budget responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of Pakistan e-retail landscape and digital shopper behavior.
• Track record in managing and growing key digital customer relationships across multiple platforms.
