We are seeking a compassionate and caring Outpatient Therapist to provide person-centered therapy to amazing clients living with mental health and/or substance use challenges in our outpatient clinic in Jacksonville NC.

Your Role in Our Mission
As aOutpatient Therapist on the team youll play a vital role in helping individuals build brighter healthier futures. Youll conduct screenings evaluations and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs) that reflect each clients unique voice needs and aspirations. Youll also have the opportunity to design and lead therapy groups fostering connection and growth.

What Were Looking For
- Skills: Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and group facilitation crisis intervention problem-solving and decision-making.
- Education: A Masters degree and mental health licensure are required.
- LCSW (A) LCMHC (A) LMFT (A);
- Dual licensure preferred LCAS (A)
- LCSW (A) LCMHC (A) LMFT (A);
- Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
- Valid drivers license insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel
