This opportunity is located at our Community Hospital East campus.

Highlights

Community Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to work with our Sleep Medicine group at Community Hospital East in Indianapolis IN.

Full time Monday through Friday schedule

No call or weekends

Outpatient only

Electronic Medical Record system (EPIC)

Competitive compensation and benefits package

Candidates with Provider Experience strongly preferred

Licensure & Certifications

Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
