OPERATIONS & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

Location: Sofia Bulgaria

Industry: Manufacturing

THE JOB

• Develop and implement efficient operations and supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement planning production coordination warehousing and distribution
• Optimize inventory levels demand planning and supply forecasting to ensure cost efficiency and service excellence
• Manage relationships with suppliers logistics partners and service providers
• Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality and cost targets
• Identify and drive process improvements cost reduction initiatives and operational efficiencies
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across the supply chain and operations functions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales finance and production teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Lead and develop the operations and supply chain team fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

THE PERSON

• Degree in Supply Chain Management Operations Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 710 years of experience in operations and supply chain roles preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end supply chain operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Hands-on proactive and results-oriented approach
• High level of ownership accountability and self-motivation
• Ability to work independently while aligning with international HQ
