OPERATIONS & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER
Location: Sofia Bulgaria

THE JOB
- Develop and implement efficient operations and supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement planning production coordination warehousing and distribution
- Optimize inventory levels demand planning and supply forecasting to ensure cost efficiency and service excellence
- Manage relationships with suppliers logistics partners and service providers
- Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality and cost targets
- Identify and drive process improvements cost reduction initiatives and operational efficiencies
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across the supply chain and operations functions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales finance and production teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead and develop the operations and supply chain team fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
THE PERSON
- Degree in Supply Chain Management Operations Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 710 years of experience in operations and supply chain roles preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end supply chain operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Hands-on proactive and results-oriented approach
- High level of ownership accountability and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently while aligning with international HQ
