Program Details:
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Dates: May 18 to July 24 (10-weeks)

Schedule: Monday-Friday Business Hours
Site Visits: June 8-10 San Diego Job Corps and Imperial Regional Detention Center
Project Presentations: July 14
Engaged Learning Project:
Education or Psychology majors preferred
Partner with specific Job Corps CTT instructors and build out courses in Blackboard.
Support curriculum and assessment development.
Develop PBIS resources for Job Corps centers.
Create curriculum support for the Shaping Success for Reentry program.
Develop marketing opportunities for projects to increase buy-in & understanding for Job Corps and Corrections facilities.
Eligibility Requirements:
Graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027 with a bachelors degree
Proof of a minimum 3.5 grade point average
Available to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the program
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
