Iron Bull Distillery is a part of the Sazerac Company. We are in Halethorpe Maryland and offer a great work culture competitive compensation and benefits as well as a focus on work/life balance. We operate Monday-Thursday and some Fridays.

Were looking for a skilled Electromechanical Technician who thrives in a fast-paced highly automated this role youll take ownership of equipment reliability and performance across the facilitycombining hands-on electrical and mechanical expertise with problem-solving and continuous improvement. Youll play a key role in minimizing downtime optimizing systems and helping shape a culture of safety quality and operational excellence.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7am-5pm with some overtime

• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical mechanical and control systems
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement solutions to reduce downtime and improve reliability
• Develop and execute PM programs for plant equipment and infrastructure
• Read and interpret electrical schematics ladder logic and technical drawings
• Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety quality and efficiency
• Collaborate across teams to prioritize maintenance improve performance and uphold SOPs
• Ensure compliance with safety quality food safety and environmental standards maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of relevant electromechanical or industrial maintenance experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates degree
• Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs (programming troubleshooting and hardware)

The annual salary range for this role is $32.40- $48.60. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience qualifications geographic location and internal pay equity considerations.
