Working for our team you can truly make a Production Scheduler is responsible for converting demand into an optimized executable production plan that maximizes output minimizes changeovers and protects the overall plant flow and customer delivery. All PPE on internal growth we like to promote from manufacturing style and improvement :Build and maintain a detailed production schedule across all press lamination and slitting operations optimizing for throughput changeover reduction and equipment with Operations to align schedule execution with real-time constraintsMonitor and manage backlog levels to ensure the operation remains balanced and operating at the constraintAlign material availability directly to the production schedule to eliminate disruption to executionServe as the primary interface between Operations Customer Service Sales and Demand PlanningPublish daily production schedules for all departments (morning and afternoon)Own job closure process and variance reconciliation with Finance on a weekly and monthly basisDirectly accountable for schedule adherence raw material availability schedule stability backlog management and press optimizationQualifications:5 years of experience in production scheduling planning or operations leadership within a manufacturing environmentExperience working cross-functionally with Operations Customer Service Sales and Supply ChainAbility to translate demand forecast into executable production plansAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)Strong communication skills with the ability to align multiple departments to a single planAbility to lead daily discussions drive clarity and escalate issues when neededExperience in printing packaging or similar high-mix manufacturing environment (preferred)Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple inputs without losing control of the systemAbility to understand and manage the cost impact of scheduling decisionsExperience working within ERP systems (e.g. Globetek Oracle or similar)Diversity & Inclusion:MCC fosters an inclusive culture that respects and embraces our teammates diverse backgrounds and experiences so that everyone can achieve their full potential here.
