Position Overview
KRE Security LLC is hiring a dependable Full-Time Gate Security Officer for a MondayFriday first shift assignment in Robesonia PA. This is a permanent stable post focused on access control facility monitoring and maintaining a professional security presence.
This role is ideal for reliable individuals who are detail-oriented professional and comfortable working in a structured gatehouse environment.
Schedule
- MondayFriday
- 7:00 AM 3:00 PM (First Shift)
- No nights
- No weekends
- Consistent full-time schedule
- Permanent assignment
What Youll Be Doing
- Monitor and control access at the facility gate
- Verify identification for employees visitors and vendors
- Approve and deny entry based on site protocols
- Maintain accurate logs of all incoming and outgoing traffic
- Provide professional communication with all visitors and personnel
- Conduct periodic checks of the gate area and surrounding property
- Observe report and document any safety or security concerns
- Respond to incidents or unusual activity according to post orders
- Complete daily activity and incident reports using assigned systems
- Maintain a professional appearance and customer service mindset at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods
- Ability to sit stand and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Security experience preferred but not required
- Must pass a background check
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
