Job Summary
Currey Ingram Academy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Middle School Mathematics Teacher to join our dedicated faculty for the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate is a passionate educator with a strong background in Mathematics and/or Special Education and a commitment to helping students grow as confident and capable learners by fostering a deep conceptual understanding of mathematical principles.
This full-time position includes teaching Mathematics for grades 5-8. The successful candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm for differentiating instruction and fostering a collaborative student-centered classroom addition candidates should be eager to work with colleagues to design and implement evidence-based instructional practices provide individualized academic support and contribute to the broader school community through advisory extracurricular involvement and/or committee work.
Currey Ingram Academy is a co-ed college-preparatory day and boarding school (JK-12 for day; 9-12 for boarding) located in beautiful Brentwood TN. Qualifications
- Bachelors or advanced degree in Mathematics and/or Special Education.
- Preference given to candidates with experience supporting students with learning differences.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with classroom technology and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
