We are currently seeking a friendly professional and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at Ford of Bloomington. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door and grow within a stable family-owned company.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Greet customers and assist visitors as they enter the dealership
• Support management with daily administrative tasks
• Assist the accounting office with filing scanning important documents and general office duties
• Assist with mailing statements and other administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment

This position has the potential to grow into opportunities within our accounting office or business development center. We are looking for someone who wants to join the auto family and build a long-term career with us.

Schedule

• Monday: 3:00 PM 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 3:00 PM 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 3:00 PM 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
