The Role
As Managing Director you will take full responsibility for the companys operational and commercial performance. You will lead a high-performing team oversee large-scale projects and ensure the business continues to deliver excellence across safety quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction across all areas of the business
• Drive commercial performance profitability and sustainable growth
• Oversee project delivery to ensure timelines budgets and safety standards are met
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Lead mentor and develop senior management and operational teams
• Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and health & safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a Tier 1 scaffolding company
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering business growth
• Deep understanding of scaffolding operations project delivery and safety standards
• Experience working within the Irish market is highly desirable
• Exceptional leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
