We are currently recruiting Apprentices for our head office in Portobello Willenhall (WV13 3PW) home to a large manufacturing facility and key business support functions. As a global leader in access solutions we provide Apprenticeship opportunities in the following areas:

Engineering Support improvements to assembly and primary processes assist with automation initiatives and apply engineering principles such as Flow TAKT and Value Analysis to reduce operational costs.

Quality Play a key role in enhancing products processes and systems with a focus on reducing the Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) and defective parts.

Procurement Develop commercial skills by supporting supplier negotiations to secure costeffective highquality materials that support product performance and profitability.

Marketing Contribute to strengthening the ASSA ABLOY brand across digital and social channels enhancing awareness customer engagement and revenue growth.

Sales Build the foundation for a future career in sales by developing key business acumen skills and supporting the continued growth of product sales.

Business Development Support initiatives that drive strategic growth and new business opportunities.

Customer Services Manage customer orders and enquiries ensuring a professional efficient and solutionfocused service that reflects our commitment to excellence.

As an apprentice you will:

• Learn from experienced colleagues

During your apprenticeship you will be expected to:

• Attend relevant training or college sessions to meet academic requirements
• Manage and prioritise your own daily workload
• Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

We are looking for individuals who:

• Demonstrate a genuine interest in their chosen field
• Are enthusiastic proactive and eager to learn
• Hold equivalent GCSE Grades 94 in Maths and English
• Are selfmotivated with strong organisational skills
• Have a logical methodical approach to problemsolving
• Show excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Can work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
