Be the first point of contact for our patients and referrers at ourMount WaverleyNationalContact this vital roleyoulldeliver exceptional service by managing high-volume inbound calls as well as outbound calls and digital interactions while providingaccurate compassionate guidance to our customers and collaborating closely with team leaders and clinic healthcare staff.

Dutiesand responsibilities

  • Handle Inbound/outboundcalls as well as digital interactions promptly and professionally
  • Provideaccurateinformation scheduleappointmentsand update records
  • Handle patient andreferrerenquiries with empathy
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed
  • Maintain customer service quality and meet daily KPIs

Skills & Experience

  • Strong verbal communication and empathy
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced high-volume environment
  • Detail-oriented with focus on compliance quality and KPIs
  • Proficient computers skills across multiple systems including but not limited to Genesys telephony outlookteamsand CRM software
  • Enthusiasticlearner:previouscall centre experience preferred but notrequired
