Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Systems Software Programmer Project Lead to oversee the design development and delivery of a secure real-time data exchange system within a public safety environment. This role combines technical leadership project management and hands-on development to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of system integration projects supporting secure real-time data exchange
• Plan and execute all project phases including requirements gathering development testing and deployment
• Manage integration between applications and databases to ensure seamless interoperability
• Ensure all deliverables meet performance security and compliance standards
• Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions throughout the project lifecycle
• Establish and enforce development standards and best practices
• Monitor project progress timelines risks and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Deliver regular status reports and updates to leadership
• Review deliverables for quality completeness and alignment with requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform additional project-related tasks as needed

Technical Responsibilities

• Develop and -based applications using C# XML JavaScript and web services
• Oversee SQL Server development including complex queries stored procedures triggers and performance optimization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with operational objectives

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience solutions using C# XML and JavaScript
• 5 years of experience with SQL Server development
• Experience working with real-time data exchange systems or high-availability environments
• Strong understanding of system integration and enterprise application architecture

Preferred Skills

• Experience in public sector or government environments with enterprise-level platforms
• Familiarity with systems supporting dispatch communications or similar operational workflows

Education

• Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience; 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for degree)
