What Youll Do

Provide expert nursing care to patients of all ages using the nursing process
Lead and supervise licensed and non-licensed staff during your shift
Ensure compliance with ER nursing standards and best practices
Act as Charge Nurse coordinating patient care and staff assignments
Communicate effectively with leadership including notifying the Director of unit concerns
Float to other units as needed and support staffing coverage including on-call shifts
Maintain excellence in care deliveryeven during challenging conditions

Additional Job Description

What You Bring

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina or compact state
BLS & ACLS certifications (American Heart Association required)
Minimum 2 years of RN experience
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required
Strong leadership delegation and critical-thinking skills
