AMERICAN SYSTEMSis seeking aData Architect III with 7 10 years of experience and a TS/SCI Clearanceto support The North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Cheyenne Mountain Complex (NCMC) -Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (NCMC-ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract III Mission

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for designing implementing andmaintaininga data architecture to ensure the integrity availability and reliability of technical baselines and artifacts.
  • Develops andmaintainsdata management plans and processes (e.g. data acquisition validation and storage; documenting datalineage andenforcing data protection protocols.
  • Collaborates with systems engineering cybersecurity and configuration management staff to ensure systems integration.
  • Supportsestablishingnaming conventions metadata structures and access control policies.
  • Supports audit readiness and continuous improvement of data management practices.
  • Works in close Coordination EDLM/UDLM (Emergency/Urgent Depot Level Maintenance) manager

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors in IT Cyber CS IS Data Science or SW Engineering OR equivalent DoD/Military training

Clearance: Top Secret/ SCI

Certifications: Cloud GICSP GSEC Security or SSCP certification.

Experience: 7-10 Years

  • Experienced in database administration tuning and security of large-scale mission-critical databases.
  • Hasexpertisein backup and recovery strategies log analysis user account management and incident response.
  • Proficientin database management systems scripting and automation tools.
  • Hasstrong analytical troubleshooting and documentation skills as well as the ability to effectively collaborate with other technical staff in a high-security high-availability setting.

Pay Transparency Statement

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $113400.00/Yr. - USD $189300.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
