Job Summary
AVENS-A Community for Seniors the largestlong-term care and dementia care facility in the north is hiring for theCanada Summer Student program. To qualify you must be between the ages of 15and 30 years (as per the Canada Summer Student funding program).
These are term positions are expecting tostart May 17 to August 29 2026.
Qualifications/Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Maintenance Assistant-generalknowledge of painting landscaping and household maintenance
Knowledgeof long term care for elderly persons and persons with dementia
Problemsolving skills
Verygood listening skills
Able towork outdoors for extended periods of time
Able to standfor extended periods of time

Pay and Benefits
SALARY: $30.32 per hour
