- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Float to nearby clinics as needed
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license (state-specific or compact as applicable)
- Outpatient experience preferred
