Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Branchburg NJ. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers while working with measurements and logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional and courteous customer service via phone and email
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with placing and tracking orders
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders shipments and product inquiries
• Accurately enter customer data and order details into internal systems
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
• Assist with measuring and verifying product dimensionsstrong math skills required
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience ideally in a manufacturing or distribution setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with numbers and measurements (basic math proficiency is a must)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency with data entry and basic computer applications
