Location: Santa Teresa NM
Schedule: MondayFriday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM overtime as needed
Pay: $15.00/hr.

Job Summary
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of traffic and materials in the yard/dock area coordinating trailers and containers with mule drivers supporting scale house operations and ensuring safety and efficiency across the yard.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate trailer roll-off flatbed and container movements with mule drivers
Manage incoming/outgoing traffic around the scale house
Perform daily trailer inventories
Oversee yard personnel and provide guidance
Ensure equipment inspections & end-of-day procedures are completed
Maintain communication with maintenance to reduce downtime
Report damages and ensure safety compliance
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
High School Diploma (required)
Experience as dock coordinator yard jockey or logistics dispatcher (preferred)
Strong communication & organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Physical ability to lift/move 50 lbs. Will be walking outside
Full-Time Position
MondayFriday (40 hrs./week)
Weekends as needed depending on workload
