The Project Manager serves as the on-site lead supporting a high visibility U.S. Marine Corps portfolio. This role works directly with program and portfolio leadership to ensure disciplined execution operational compliance and alignment between mission requirements and contract performance. The position operates at the intersection of operations program management and customer engagement translating complex Marine Corps requirements into executable plans across multiple government contracts. This role provides hands-on leadership across operational planning performance management risk mitigation and cross functional coordination while serving as a trusted operational advisor to both internal stakeholders and government customers. The ideal candidate brings deep familiarity with Marine Corps operational environments strong program execution experience and the ability to lead through influence in fast paced mission driven settings.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the on-site Project Manager and Lead Operations Subject Matter Expert for assigned Marine Corps programs providing operational guidance aligned with contract requirements mission objectives and customer expectations.
  • Lead the planning coordination and execution of operational activities across multiple workstreams ensuring cost schedule performance and compliance objectives are consistently met.
  • Partner with Program Managers Contracts Finance and Functional Leads to support compliant program delivery across government contracts.
  • Translate Marine Corps operational requirements into executable plans processes and performance metrics.
  • Monitor program performance identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to support uninterrupted mission execution.
  • Support and as appropriate lead customer engagement activities including execution reviews readiness assessments operational briefings and workinglevel briefs to seniorlevel discussions with government stakeholders.
  • Support customer engagement activities including briefings reviews and operational assessments with government stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency compliance and scalability across the portfolio.
  • Guide operational staff and project leads as applicable supporting capability development and execution consistency.
  • Provide guidance to operational staff project leads and program teams supporting execution consistency and professional development. Scope and responsibilities are anticipated to increase commensurate with portfolio growth new awards option years or program transitions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • 10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Secret Clearance
  • Experience in wargaming analysis modeling simulation and/or training
  • Experience leading and directing teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters Degree (Technical or Business/Management)
  • Military or DoW experience
  • Prior experience supporting Marine Corps wargaming modeling simulation and/or analysis
  • Prior experience supporting large scale exercises
  • PMP or equivalent (DAWIA Certification)

Travel Requirements:Minimal 0-20%
