Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors employees and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures front desk protocols and appropriate emergency response activities at an automotive rental location.
• Monitor access to the location by greeting arrivals verifying identification and/or credentials issuing visitor badges or passes and documenting front desk activity in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate relevant details to site contacts supervisors and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Support security-related operations by answering phones assisting with directions monitoring lobby activity and cameras and reporting maintenance access control and customer service concerns through proper channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be 21 years of age.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
