About the role:


Join Ipsos Consolidation & Reporting team as an Assistant Reporting Analyst and help drive timely accurate consolidated reporting to our Paris head office. Youll play a core part in the monthend cyclepreparing weekly and monthly reports inputting financials into our consolidation software and producing variance analysis that explains performance drivers to senior stakeholders. Youll monitor financial KPIs support compliance across business units and provide financial training and adhoc analytical support to nonfinance colleagues. This is a handson role in a fastpaced collaborative environment with clear opportunities to improve and automate processes using Power BI advanced Excel and AI tools. Expect close working relationships with Finance Business Partners and senior leadership exposure to group reporting practices across markets and a supportive culture committed to continuous improvement and learning.


About you:

  • Basic finance/reporting experience with strong numerical and analytical capability
  • Expert Excel user (lookups pivot tables basic modelling) and comfortable building clear finance packs
  • Proficient in Power BI or similar reporting tools; keen to automate and streamline reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to explain financials to nonfinance audiences
  • Resilient curious and collaborativethrives under deadlines in a busy team environment.

Essential skills:

  • Partqualified or qualified (CIMA/ACCA).
  • Experiencein finance.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention todetail.
  • Expert Excel skills (lookups pivot tables basic modelling).
  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Stakeholder management builds collaborative relationships and can influence outcomes.
  • Comfortable working to deadlines in a busy team environment.
  • Good communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint/finance packs)


Desirable skills:

  • Experience with reporting tools(Power BI) and with automating reporting processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems used for project accounting (SAP Oracle etc.).
  • Advanced modelling skills (scenario analysis sensitivity testing) .
  • Training or coaching experience for nonfinance audiences.
  • Proficiencyin AI use and adoption to enhance day-to-day tasks.
