Job Summary
Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Full-Time
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment with a focus on delivering high-quality patient-centered end-of-life care.
Position Overview
The Hospice RN will collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and manage individualized care plans ensuring comfort dignity and quality of life for patients. This role requires strong clinical judgment excellent time management and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the care team to develop and deliver patient-centered care plans
Provide compassionate hospice care to patients in the assigned service area
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation to meet critical deadlines
Effectively manage schedule and workload independently
Utilize tablets mobile devices and EMR systems for documentation and communication
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Previous nursing experience required; hospice or home health experience preferred
Proficiency with EMR systems and mobile technology
Strong communication organizational and clinical skills
Schedule & Shift Details
Full-time overnight schedule: Monday Thursday 5:00 PM 8:00 AM
Travel Requirements
Local travel required within assigned service area
