Job Summary
Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Full-Time
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team. This full-time opportunity offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment focused on delivering high-quality patient-centered end-of-life care.
Position Overview
The Hospice RN will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and manage individualized care plans providing comfort and support to patients and their families. This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the care team to manage and deliver patient care plans
Provide compassionate hospice care within the assigned service area
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation to meet critical deadlines
Effectively manage schedule and workload independently
Utilize tablets mobile devices and EMR systems for documentation and communication
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Previous nursing experience required; hospice or home health experience preferred
Proficiency with EMR systems and mobile technology
Strong communication organizational and clinical skills
Schedule & Shift Details
Full-time schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Shared on-call rotation including approximately two holidays per year
Travel Requirements
Local travel required within assigned territory
