About the role

Product Managers at Quinyx contribute to creating an innovative and intelligent WFM solution that we are proud of and have fun building. We help our customers become more productive stay compliant with regulation and reach their business goals. As a Product Manager you are fundamental in this goal as it is your responsibility to ensure that your team is delivering the right product with the right set of priorities consistent with product vision and business goals.

What youll do

• Own the evolution of the Quinyx Analytics capabilities supporting the entire Quinyx product range with high-quality analytics through embedded reports self-serve analytics & data-as-a-service

• Closely collaborate with your peers cross-functional team and stakeholders to set the roadmap product strategy synthesize user and customer needs as well as drive the go-to-market to create commercial success.

• Verify market requirements that will add value for a significant part of a given vertical and market.

• Understanding and solving customer needs through interviewing users analyzing data forming hypotheses and trying them out in iterations.

• Work to define and analyze metrics KPIs and ensure that the team is constantly doing the right things consistent with product vision and business goals.

• Harness the latest AI technologies to accelerate how you go about your work.

What were looking for

• Experience working as a Product Manager with analytical products

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders throughout the organisation.

• High capability of formulating and communicating product vision and strategy.

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills as well as an analytical and creative mindset.

If you also possess the following we consider it a plus:

• Experience of WFM space absence management or HR systems

• Entrepreneurial mindset

• Self-starter willing to learn and improve
