We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Technician to join a cutting-edge secondary school in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning through innovative technology solutions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the schools IT infrastructure providing day-to-day technical support and ensuring all systems run efficiently. You will work closely with staff and students to resolve issues quickly and effectively while also contributing to ongoing IT development projects.

This role requires strong technical knowledge excellent problem-solving ability and the confidence to communicate with a wide range of users.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to staff and students
Maintain IT systems hardware and software
Support classroom technology and digital learning
Manage user accounts and permissions
Assist with IT upgrades and development projects
Ensure network security and data protection compliance

Requirements:
IT qualification or relevant experience
Strong technical knowledge of systems and networks
Excellent problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
School experience (desirable)
