Service Coordinator IS

OurRed Deer ABBranch is looking for aService Coordinator! TheService Coordinatoris responsible for Dispatching personnel and equipment to work site locations. This person would also be responsible for coordinating preventative and non-preventative maintenance on Company fleet vehicles including assisting in generating documentation sourcing parts and closing work orders for all maintenance in a specific area. The Service Coordinator will also be tasked with working with internal and external managers.

• Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices policies and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
• Receive inbound calls from customers and obtain all necessary information to schedule and respond to requested services;
• Generate work orders research and order all necessary parts materials and equipment to complete each job;
• Assist with management of day to day logistics including job scheduling technician scheduling dispatch and vendor sourcing;
• Review preventive maintenance inspection reports and advise customers of maintenance priorities;
• Share an on-call rotation to answer after-hour service calls as required;
• Work with internal and external managers as well as dispatch;
• Payroll Verification and ensuring hours are entered;
• Assist as needed with special projects;

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred;
• 1-3 Years experience in the Transportation industry;
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office products;
• Be able to define problems and solve them;
• Excellent people and communication skills;
• Self Starter Be able to learn new processes and technology as required with minimum training;
• The Ability to work on call; work overtime; and work weekends;
• Superior Time Management and Organizational Skills;
• Ability to pivot;
• A basic knowledge of accounting/clerical skills;
