What Youll Do
- Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the service process
- Provide clear recommendations on maintenance and repairs
- Keep customers informed with timely updates on their vehicle status
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion
- Schedule and manage service appointments
- Review and explain repair orders and invoices with customers
- Ensure a smooth positive experience from check-in to vehicle pickup
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
What Were Looking For
- Friendly outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Sales or service experience (automotive experience is a plus but not required)
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair (or willingness to learn)

- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
