Position Summary:

The Automotive Detail Technician is responsible for cleaning reconditioning and preparing vehicles for display delivery and service customers. This role plays a key part in maintaining the dealerships professional image and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash wax buff and polish vehicles using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions
• Vacuum and shampoo interior carpets seats and upholstery
• Clean and condition leather vinyl and plastic surfaces
• Clean windows mirrors and trim to a streak-free finish
• Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for delivery
• Maintain cleanliness of the detail bay and equipment
• Move vehicles safely around the lot and service areas
• Follow all safety and chemical handling procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive detailing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual vehicles
• Ability to stand bend and work outdoors in various weather conditions
