Software Tool Engineer L1

• Participate int the research analysis and recommendation of software productivity tools to support Key Management development efforts.
• Develop and maintain software productivity tools installations integrations development and configuration plans.
• Develop tailor and maintain associated technical documentation for software productivity tools.
• Perform regular backup of software productivity tools databases datasets and files.
• Monitor track and manage software productivity tools licenses and associated media.
• Install integrate develop customize and configure software productivity tools (e.g. IBM/Rational Tools HP Service Manager) in support of Key Management efforts.
• Provide consulting training and hands-on experience to project personnel to include Key Management personnel in the use of software tools.
• Integrate software productivity tools to implement existing and proposed project processes in use.

• TS/SCI Poly - with CI poly within last 7 years
• ActiveIAT Level Icertification
• BS 10 years experience
• Expertise in installing/operating/administering and upgrading ClearCase and ClearQuest Tools
• Strong knowledge of developing/implementing requirements repositories
• Strong knowledge of using JIRA and other project management/tracking tools
• General scripting knowledge (perl bash sh csh windows batch python)
• Must have excellent writing skills
