| Responsibilities: | - Working knowledge of all technology and AV equipment within the student center
- Working knowledge of and enforcement of policies and procedures of the student center in addition to university policies
- Support professional staff in Carl Hansen Student Center
- Attend training sessions monthly meetings and professional development seminars
- Greet direct and answer questions for visitors students and faculty/staff
- Attend scheduled shifts
- Arrive to shifts on time; properly clock in and out
- Complete daily logs
- Conduct hourly roundsof the student center
- Distribute survey and other programming information
- Deliver lost and found items to Public Safety on schedule
- Review bulletin boards and all flyersfor approval stamp

| Qualifications: | - Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be dependable and punctual
- Ability to use Web browsers on Microsoft Windows computers
- Possess positive attitude towards the Student Center and the University
- Willing to promote department and University Goals
- Recipient of Federal Work Study
