Job Summary

Job Title	Carl Hansen Information Booth Attendant
Department:	Office of Student Engagement
Student Employment Type:	Federal Work Study
Responsibilities:	Working knowledge of all technology and AV equipment within the student center Working knowledge of and enforcement of policies and procedures of the student center in addition to university policies Support professional staff in Carl Hansen Student Center Attend training sessions monthly meetings and professional development seminars Greet direct and answer questions for visitors students and faculty/staff Attend scheduled shifts Arrive to shifts on time; properly clock in and out Complete daily logs Conduct hourly roundsof the student center Distribute survey and other programming information Deliver lost and found items to Public Safety on schedule Review bulletin boards and all flyersfor approval stamp
Qualifications:	Excellent communication and organizational skills Excellent customer service skills Be dependable and punctual Ability to use Web browsers on Microsoft Windows computers Possess positive attitude towards the Student Center and the University Willing to promote department and University Goals Recipient of Federal Work Study
Hours of Position:	Available 2-4 2-hour shifts between the hours of operation of 9am-11pm Monday - Fridayand 10am-6pm Saturdays
